Tom has been a resident of SW Florida for over twelve years. He originally came to the area to play hockey in the E.C.H.L for the local team, the “Florida Everblades”. Tom retired in 2004 as the team´s all time leader in virtually every statistical category. He was captain of the team while playing and helped lead the team to a conference championship in 2003. During that time he learned the fundamentals of working as a team leader and how to succeed. He now applies that same winning approach to his real estate team and their ability to produce for their clients. Tom personally has assisted in the buying and selling for his clients and has over $33 Million Dollars of Residential Real Estate, plus an additional $6 Million in Commercial Real Estate.

As a Lee County resident since 1978, Josh has seen and experienced the growth of the area for the last four decades. Josh grew up in Cape Coral, graduated from Cape Coral High School in 1989 and left for Tallahassee, attending Florida State University from 1989-1994.
While in college, in addition to earning a BS in finance, Josh learned important lessons in communicating effectively as a top sales person and manager with the Southwestern company from 1993-1995. Josh further honed his communication skills as well as learned the importance of customer service as one of the youngest managers for Outback Steakhouse from 1995-1999.
Josh became a licensed Realtor in 1999. His education, sales experience, “homegrown” knowledge of the local market, and commitment to customer service helped him to quickly distinguish himself as a top producing Real Estate Professional. Josh furthered his Real Estate education in 2004, and became a Real Estate Broker.
Since becoming a Realtor in 1999, Josh has sold more than 800 properties totaling more than $100 Million in residential sales. Josh has sales experience in nearly every area of Lee and Collier County as he has sold property in over 250 different communities. Josh’s honesty, professionalism, commitment to customer service, and experience make him a genuine asset to his customers.

Nancy has a wealth of practical experience and over 10 years of selling Florida real estate.
Nancy enjoys early morning 4-mile walks and golfing. She has been a member of Fiddlesticks Ladies Golf Association for 10 years, and has a working and playing knowledge of golf course activity and real estate.

Originally from Hanson Massachusetts, Ken moved with his family to sunny SWFL in 2020. After working in Real Estate, he decided to join McWilliams Buckley & Associates as one of the company’s newest premier agents. Ken has brought his expertise in real estate and commitment to the community through various charities and events to McWilliams Buckley, a boutique concierge real estate firm as a Realtor®.
Ken spends time with multiple charitable motorcycle (Harley) rides and charitable golf tournaments and partakes in football games that host events for disabled children. He can also be found frequenting many weekend events in Downtown Fort Myers with his family and notable sidekick “Monty”*.
Outside of real estate, and charities, Ken also specializes in carpet and flooring repair, a trade he established in Massachusetts and has worked in for 20 years.
